A well planned schedule is the key to keeping your clients happy and running a successful business. Managing a personal schedule should not be too difficult, but it is a different matter when it comes to organizing customers, employees and resources. Schedule It can help you create detailed timetables, make them easy to understand and share them with your employees or co-workers. It allows you to assign any resources to individual entries, it can notify you of upcoming events and much more.

The program is available for Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as mobile platforms, like the Apple iPad, iPhone or Android devices. The PC version can be installed in less than a minute, without making any advanced configurations. The software is not free, but its trial version is fully functional, so you can evaluate it properly.

The user interface presents a time table, on which you can organize events, along with any resources. The table's columns represent dates of the month and its lines can represent any resource you want, including people, materials, locations and so on. You can define your own resources and organize them in separate groups. When you create a new database, you can decide to include sample data, which can help you accommodate faster.

Scheduled events are displayed as bars on the time table and aligned with their corresponding dates and resources. To schedule a new event, you can either click the appropriate option, on a toolbar, or click and drag on one of the table's cells. The event's details can be specified on a tabbed window. Besides selecting the start and end dates, you can also set up reminders, which can be on-screen messages or emails, prioritize the event, color code it, save it as a template and more.

While setting up an event, you can also assign various resources, like people, rooms, tasks, skills and others. Furthermore, you can attach files and create finance entries. A graph can be found in the lower region of the interface, which illustrates the number of events per day. You can generate and print text or chart reports or print the timetable itself. If you create an online account, you will be able to synchronize your schedule over the Internet and make it available to your co-workers or employees.
